Topper Causby is responsible for AVB’s commercial and consumer lending functions and business development, including maintaining the bank’s high standard for credit quality and growing the loan portfolio.
With over 28-years of banking experience, Causby is widely recognized in northeast Oklahoma for his impressive background in leading lending teams to achieve key objectives.
His civic-minded approach has allowed him to serve local communities in multiple capacities. Currently, he serves on the Creek County Public Facility Trust Authority Board, Central Tech Business Incubator Board and OK2Grow Board.
He is, also, a graduate of the Sapulpa Citizens Police Academy, Leadership Broken Arrow and the Graduate School of Banking at Colorado (GSBC).
An Oklahoma State University graduate, Causby holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration and Management, with a minor in Finance.

Jim Myers has over 23-years of banking experience – working extensively in all facets of lending, portfolio management and relationship development.
Myers serves as a Trustee for the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Education Trust Fund, and supports AVB Bank's affiliate membership for the Oklahoma Manufacturing Alliance.

Kirk Shell has been with AVB Bank since 2002 and has been in banking since the early 1980s.
He has extensive experience in overall banking operations and management and possesses a strong background in commercial, real estate and construction lending.
The Oklahoma Bankers Association (OBA) Installment Lending School and Intermediate School of Banking have been successfully completed by Shell. And, he is a graduate of Leadership Broken Arrow (LBA).
A member of the Home Builders Association (HBA) of Greater Tulsa and Rotary Club of Broken Arrow, Shell actively invests in and supports the communities in which he lives and serves.

Clif Wilson joined the AVB Bank Commercial Lending team in 2013.
A reputable banker in Oklahoma since 1992, Wilson has over 31-years experience. He has extensive knowledge in commercial and industrial (C & I) lending, and proven management and business development skills.
He graduated from the American Bankers Association (ABA) Commercial Lending School, as well as the Oklahoma Bankers Association (OBA) Intermediate School of Banking. He is a graduate of the Leadership Broken Arrow (LBA) program.

Lauren Smith started her banking career in 2006 and has a wealth of experience in commercial lending, portfolio management, and business development.
Smith is the former Chairwoman of the Board for the Broken Arrow Chamber of Commerce and a Director since 2015. Currently, she serves as a Board Member for the Broken Arrow Senior Center.

Kaleb Grimm has extensive experience in mortgage, commercial and consumer lending and joined AVB Bank as a lending professional in 2017.
Prior to joining AVB, Grimm was a member of the Air National Guard/United States Air Force for eight years, proudly serving with the 219th Engineering and Installation (EIS) Unit. The 219th EIS provides power and communication to all members of the Department of Defense (DOD).
Grimm served in the Afghanistan War and went on many other temporary duty assignments (TDYs) to multiple countries as well as CONUS (contiguous United States). He earned the rank of Staff Sargent before separating from his duties in 2016 with an honorable discharge. He is a proud US Veteran.
He has an Associate's Degree in Management from the United States Air Force and graduated from Northeastern State University (NSU) with a Bachelor's degree in Finance.
